Orange Peel Chicken/ 陈皮鸡l chicken was excellent as always, and I got a bowl of their Hot & Sour Soup-Bowl/ 酸辣汤 (大) 🌶 to help clear out my sinuses. SOOOOO good, with plenty of spice!
My wife loved the vegetable chow mein, and I surprised her with a treat - the sesame balls with red bean paste, which have quickly become a favorite of hers! If you get these, make sure you eat them while they hot and fresh, because they get chewy when they cold.

Yang Chow fried rice is the bomb. The spicy peanuts are delicious if you can take the heat. I love them and enjoy eating the dried crispy chilis along with the peanuts . The noodles are a star on the menu. Moo Shu is delicious lots of flavor. You can't go wrong with the Hunan pork . I'm a big fan

Sadly, we were hoping to find Chef Tang to be our new favorite. We ordered 3 entrees, chicken fried rice, white rice, and 3 appitizers. The fried items tasted like old oil and was so greasy. Shrimp was dry and tasteless. We had 2 issues with our Chin's delivery awhile back....but it's still better than here. Back to Chin's we go !
