TheGeneral Tso's Chicken was really flavorful, nice and crispy on the outside. soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked inside. Even the small order of rice was a perfect amount to pair with this meal. overall very delicious and satisfying meal.
TheEgg Roll on the other hand was awful. Very dry and flavorless. to be completely honest, I've never had an egg roll that was worse than this one. but that said, the restaurant is still worth ordering from 100% Just don't get the egg roll.

Good authentic Chinese food. One of thr best places in the state to get real Chinese food.
Not sure how the Americanized stuff is, because I cannot bring myself to eat it anywhere, but their authentic food is great.
Portions are good and service is quick.

ChengDu Taste is, so far, the most authentic flavor of china that you can get. I have lived in China in Harbin, Beijing, and Shanghai and the way that they cook here always brings me back there.
