everything was good. Winter Melon and Ribs Soup was tasty and comforting. Dry-Sautéed String Beans were sauteed well, not soft and soggy. Mapo Tofu 🌶 had the right level of mala.

mongolian beef was like paper thin slices of fat for the most part. didnt get much beef, mostly onions. orange chicken was ok. string beans were good but not for $20. chao mean was too doughy. best thing was the fried rice.

food was good in general, flavor was spot on as usual, however I found that once I got beyond the delicious sauce the ground pork in the Beijing Jah Jang Meeann was cooked in, it did not have the texture of actual ground pork. in fact it was oddly flat, gritty, and dry. there was no body or chew to it at all, like normal ground pork would have. it was very odd. aside from that, portions were good and again, tasty food.
