The store on RT 13 by the Farmers Market is horrible. I tried it a few times and the chiken has an odd taste to it. Not every piece but once you get that nasty one it's over. The fries and hash browns are not fully cooked and soggy. I love Chick-fil-A but will not eat from this one again. The standard is not the same as the others in DE

Food from the Rt 13 New Castle location is not to the standards of other locations. Bacon was burnt black, hash browns were both overcooked and undercooked, some were hot, some not but all were drenched in grease and the tea tastes old. Hate getting food from this location, wish DoorDash would allow us to pick or refuse a location.

They're always forgetting a specific item. Ordered a Cobb salad and the Chick-fil-A deluxe meal, they ended up forgetting the Cobb salad. after calling the store, one of the workers claimed it was put inside the bag when I ended up only getting one bag. Food is usually cold too even though I live like 5 minutes away from this Chick-fil-A.
