Food was warm but I understand it isn't going to be super hot bc of travel time.. But if I'm gonna pay an extra $3 for a milkshake, I want the whole milkshake. Maybe they don't use the dome top bc of sanitary reasons? But it should be stated somewhere that it doesn't come with the typical toppings. I don't like paying extra then not getting what I expect.

Just be aware, this isn't a real Chick-Fil-A - it comes from a different chicken place on Cumberland Ave. The fries were not all waffle cut - some were like a potato wedge. Waffle fries are the iconic part of CFA, so this was a disappointment. Also, the nuggies were not breaded all the way around like CFA nuggies - they looked like bare chicken on one side, so not crispy like normal. Total disappointment.
