The food here is usually so good but I think I might have insulted them by asking for light butter. Received my food and everything (chicken, potatoes, sauce cups, plasticware, etc) came so saturated with butter that everything was soggy. It soaked through the container, there was a massive pool of butter just loose in the bottom of the bag that spilled out onto my carpet when I opened it.

Chicken dinner was very unsatisfactory. Breast was hard and looked/tasted like it had been sitting around for hours; thigh was juicy but very greasy. Shack potatoes were still hard inside, yuk, needed to be cooked longer. Roll was good. Chicken bites were tender and juicy but no flavor at all. I don't understand why anyone would you go into business and give customers that mess. Shame. Will not order again.
