• DoorDash order
The owner focused on playing with her dog rather checking the doordash order and handling opening duties when she arrived 30 minutes before opening.
She never checked the order, instead did open duties when store was opened.
I mentioned to her I was there to pick up a DoorDash order and never once did she flagged this from the moment I stepped in. Mango Pomelo Sago wasn't QA.
