The workers were not reliable and slow. I showed them my pickup order told me it wasn’t ready. Waited extra 20 mins and it was already ready and didn’t let me know.

The food was great, but I wish you could choose the spice level for each item. Because the "hot"level on the tender is too spicy for me, but on the sandwich it's perfect. Likewise, the "medium" spice on the tender is good, yet on the sandwich it feels a little bland.
