Pumpkin streusel chip is SO GOOD! Biscoff is still my fav but I love this one cant! go wrong w Chip!

Loved the presentation of the cookies in the chip chip hooray box! The chip of the week was amazing- highly recommend the turtle cookie! Biscoff is always amazing. We got chip just because on a day in the office :)

I loooove the way they put biscoff inside the cookie! I am impressed by the quality of the cookies! Plus the box is way less bulky than crumble cookie's

Ordered cookies and we received 2 that were overcooked/overdone/burnt. We called the store and the associate responded with: "oh we're not responsible for the quality of the cookies once we've handed them off to DoorDash." I'm not sure if she was trying to insinuate that the DoorDasher had an oven in their car and continued to cook them or how an unacceptable product ended up in a customers hand. Very unimpressed with product and custmer service.

The two regular chocolate chip cookies were burnt. The inside was very overcooked. So that was disappointing. the other cookies I received were great though.
