I usually like Chipotle's burritos. This order took an hour and a half and the rice was mushy and every piece of steak had gristle that I couldn’t chew. I had to throw it out. It was quite gross.

I never had a chipotle order this bad before, the veggie burrito bowl was just liquid with a little scoop of rice, I felt as if I was eating a cold soup, not a burrito bowl. I got a side of chips & they were so stale some chips felt like plastic, as if they were made 2 days ago.

Paid for a full bowl but this looks like half a portion, no consistency , first being served this way after ordering from Chipotle so many times already.
