the food was great, the packaging needs improvement. especially on cold days like this. by the time the bags made it to my door, the bottom had come undone. the delivery person was very apologetic but it was not his fault.

Will throw ingredients into your bowl regardless of what you order. Portions sizes are laughable especially when paying for double meat.

The brisket was all burnt. The rice was hard and old. The lettuce was not fresh at all. Probably one of the worst bowls I've ever had. Two thumbs down.
