Paid extra for Guacamole, received lettuce instead. Not sure how you make that mistake. I guess when your employees spend more time on their phones than dealing with customers this is what you get.

Worst chipotle order of my life. Practically no rice. Chicken was overcooked and dry. And worst part - the guac was old and bitter. Tasted so gross. I usually have good experiences at chipotle but the guac has never tasted that bad. Won't order again.
