The fajita veggies are undercooked like it was taken from the garden. The meat was cold. Oh and the salad had like 6 pieces of chopped lettuce.

Paid $15 or more per burrito. I've had bigger and better burritos from Taco Bell. Then paid $6 for 1/4 cup of guacamole and $6 for a 1/4 cup of queso. No option to buy chips so I assumed they came with. Nope. Won't order chipotle again!

Guacamole had gone bad, looks like they tried to cover it up by scooping out the bad stuff which left me with half a container. What was left smelled off. One of my kids meals had super small portions, didn't even fill the cups 3/4 of the way, and in the other the lettuce was slimy and smelly, it had long gone bad.

Purchased a few times from here. Small portions. Bad quality. Stale chips. Lettuce looked bad. Rice was hard? And the bowl was extremely watery at the bottom? Plus the order was wrong.. this location is always disappointing

I reallylike Chipotle. Suchgood toodwhen it comes to mexicanfast food choices. But the staff keeps getting my order wrong- like everytime and the sad part is i get three things, a coke, chips with guac and a burrito bowl. Last time they forgot the 1/2 chicken. And all door dash does is give me $3 in door dash cash? It's just not worth it. At least with Tacobell, the food is so mediocre i can't tell when they mess up the order.
