Got 3 soft tacos and the white rice was hard. I ordered at night so I assume they just used the stale leftovers instead of making a new batch. I've also had the steak in a burrito before, and it was dry. Nothing but bad experiences at this location; you're better off going to a Chipotle in a different city.

Paid $7.50 for extra meat and there was hardly any on it. There was barely one serving much less extra. Don't waste your money adding extras, this is the second consecutive time they've done that.

I recently visited the Chipotle on E broad, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The steak in my order was extremely chewy and hard to eat. Additionally, the bag I received had vinaigrette dripping all over the food, making it a messy and unpleasant experience. I expected better quality and care from Chipotle and hope they address these issues promptly.
