rice is overcooked and too hard to chew, plus it makes up more than half the bowl so it's basically inedible, waste of a 20

It was a bowl of salt. The meat was so salty so I tried to eat the rice around it and that was salty too. I threw it away after 3 bites. Also the chips were super salty! Worst bowl I had, will take a break from this store for a while. 2 stars for the drink, at least that had no salt.

Wont order from this chipotle location again - the portion was insanely small especially for a double order of protein in a Burrito Bowl. But even worse, there was hair or fur or something in the lettuce.

I ordered my Burrito Bowl with extra chicken and got barely a single portion of meat. My Burrito was not even completely wrapped and basically just fell apart immediately. I ordered Chips & Guacamole as well, came with no chips. This Chipotle just doesn't follow the orders they are given, and for the cost it's simply not worth it.

Horrible bowl!! What a scam of a place. Cant you workers do better even if you dont see the customers face? Cold bowl! 5 pieces of chicken with frozen chunks of rice on the bottom. Who the hell are you fooling?! I ordered all the toppings!!
