When this Chipotle is ON then it's great food, full bowls etc, if they are off their game I still give them another try. The food is yummy, generally fast, and can always eat on it for two meals.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent DoorDash experience. Half of my order was missing, and the part that did arrive—a burrito bowl from Chipotle—was poorly prepared and noticeably skimpy. I understand that errors can happen, but it’s frustrating to pay full price for an incomplete and subpar meal.
Additionally, the resolution process left much to be desired. While I appreciate the option to report issues in the app, the lack of immediate accountability from either DoorDash or the restaurant makes it feel like customer satisfaction is not a priority.
This incident has made me reconsider using DoorDash in the future, especially if quality control and order accuracy remain ongoing issues. I hope improvements are made to ensure customers receive what they pay for.

there's is almost no cheese, I don't think there's any sour cream and it's much spicier than it should be given what I ordered...I think they put the wrong salsa on it. this isn't the first time I've had a problem with this chipotle either. I love chipotle but this one often screws up my order
