i orderd a bowl and when i opened it,it was messy and only HALF of the bowl had food the other half was empty.why am i paying almost $15 for half of a bowl?

I ordered extra chicken on one and steak on the other bowl and it was definitely not extra, this is what I normally get without extra meat but I paid $5 extra for each bowl for nothing! Did the amount thats considered extra go down in portion size? If so I will not bother ordering extra next time and I really hope it's because they forgot to add the extra meat but that needs to be refunded!

Meat hard af and you can tell it sat out all day, and not one napkin or utensil. Small portions like we are in a depression.

the tortilla was hard overall the Burrito was good besides the fact the tortilla was hard i've gotten this Burrito off doordash and from chipotle and never had this happen
