Worst chipotle bowl i have ever had. Chicken is burnt, too salty and veggies are not cooked

I checked my order thinking maybe I made an omission, but I didn't. There's no cheese or sour cream in my burrito! Those are two of my favorite parts, (along with the meat, beans and rice!) Oh well. I'll live. It is just a burrito, after all. I'm a little disappointed, that's all. I'm still a long time loyal customer and I don't recall any other errors before this. Still worthy of five stars!

Taste terrible. Chicken burnt and dry. Tortilla cold and hard. Smallest burrito I've ever gotten
