I was so disappointed with my order today. It was my birthday lunch. The rice was so overcooked and my quesadilla was burnt. Do better Chipotle smh.

Of lettuce ? Also I've ordered here for a while and I always put to have utensils and they never put them inside smh but oh well

Burrito and Quesadilla were good, however, the Chips & Fresh Tomato Salsa were lack luster.. there were maybe 10 chips in the bag total.

This might be one of the worst bowls I have had... the chicken is so burnt it is so sour tasting/ hard to eat/ and let alone I payed for double protein and this looks like the regular serving.

The order arrived late and cold. The restaurant didn’t follow my instructions for the Burrito —I was charged for guacamole, but it wasn’t included. I also asked not to have fajita in the burrito, but it was overfilled with it. Very disappointing.
