Chips & Queso Blanco was not provided. This location habitually forgets chips. This is probably the 15th time in the past 3 months that they just haven't provided something I paid for. Yes, I get refunds for missing items but how about ensuring customers actually get the food they ordered so we're not always receiving it with disappointment that part of our meal expectation is unnecessarily missing?
The Burrito Bowl was fine but the store doesn't provide utensils regularly so the lack of chips, while not a huge deal, really hampers my excitement to eat the food.

DO NOT BUT FROM THIS LOCATION!
They absol ALWAYS mess up my order. Always missing items. But today they complete forgot all the toppings and I got a bowl with rice, beans, meat and fajitas. Just terrible service and will not be buying anymore.
