I paid for express delivery because I wanted the food before I went to work, but the dasher had to wait a while before the food was even started. Once I finally received the food, the order was sloppy, and only half the bowl had food in it along with little to no cheese. Chipotle is my favorite, but the service was very disappointing.

Burrito bowl was mediocre. Not bad, but not great.
Tortilla on the side arrived stuck to itself and tore upon unwrapping.
Chip and guac/ queso portions were small.
Asked for cutlery items to be included with order. They were not included.

The chips were soggy and inedible. I paid for extra chicken on my bowl and barely got a normal amount. Missed the target on this one. Burrito BowlChips

Taco was okay. Ordered burrito with extra chicken but it seems like there was barely any in there. Side salsa portions were much smaller than expected, especially for $3
