Whole bag of Chips were completely stale. This is not the first time either. Everything else was good, just won't be getting Chips again.

the person who prepared my Burrito Bowl slapped a pound of sour cream on it, and apparently expected the customer to eat it. the lettuce was DRENCHED in sour cream. pathetic. they lost me as a customer

I love the store I usually go inside to order. I ordered a steak burrito, but I received a white rice and bean burrito, the rice and beans was the burrito, there was so much of it and there was little to no steak inside. I had to unwrap it to check if it was the right order. I ended up just taking the steak and veggies out and discarding the rest. Maybe they were super busy today and my ordered got messed up in the process. The store has great staff and vibes, I'll probably continue to go inside to order instead of ordering delivery.
