Barbacoa is inedible. Two big chunks of very hard meat. I couldnt shred it myself or anything. It was horrible

my burrito bowl looked really sad. it only had a few pieces of bell pepper for the fajita veggies, and mostly a lot of onion. it barely had any cheese, and they forgot to give the chips. when I called to tell them about the missing chips, the girl seemed skeptical and said my order wasn't for their store. I confirmed the store I was calling, and showed my order on my phone as well when I went back for the chips.

I usually dont order from here and people have been talking about it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a burrito bowl. I eat low carb, so I ordered no rice, no beans,half beef and half chicken. The meat was terrible. Both the beef and the chicken were so chewy and fatty. I ended up feeding most of it to my dog. I kept chewing on gristle and big pieces of chewy fat, so it was difficult to enjoy the meal. I feel I paid an arm and a leg for a meal that I did not enjoy. I will not order again.

I see that they improved their portions after all the recent backlash, but it's still a little light. Hope it stays consistent with how much they give in each bowl given the high price point.
