Horrible portions for $24 for two bowls barely any protein half empty just rice and beans

Burrito was cold, didn't taste fresh, wrapped funny and got a small portion. Chips weren't even fully cooked. Worst experience I've had so far with Chipotle.

I always order veggie bowl with brown rice, black & pinto beans, pico de Gallo/tomato salsa & cheese.
Since it's not a whole bunch ingredients it can be hit or miss with the amount of food that comes in my bowl. (they've gotten a lot better!) MOST times it's a perfectly filled bowl of veggies & other times I've opened it and it's been almost empty.
Either way, always delicious.

Paid extra for Guac while door dashing. both the bowl and the burrito came without. paid $6 extra for steak, got about 6 chunks, 2 being fat or charred. door dash refunded the cost of the add-ons, but the attention to the order was lacking heavily.. love Chipotle, but sub par location

Ordered a veggie burrito bowl and it wasn't even half full, it was empty. I'm not even getting meat, just rice, beans salsa & cheese - $10 for a scoop of each? No.
