To Whom It May Concern,
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service at your Chipotle. We placed an order through DoorDash, expecting a proper meal, but what we received was absolutely unacceptable. The bowl contained shockingly little food—nowhere near the portion that should have been provided. I have attached photos so you can see for yourself just how ridiculous this is.
This is not just a minor mistake; it’s a blatant failure in quality control. How does a respected food chain think it’s okay to send out portions like this? We paid full price for something that barely qualifies as a meal. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating.
I expect a full refund for this order and a clear explanation of how such a failure happened. If this is the standard of service Chipotle is providing now, I can assure you that I won’t be ordering again—and I’m certain I won’t be the only one.
