I was notified order was ready, when arrivingto the store I had to wait an addition 20+min until I recieved my food. They hadnt prepared it yet.

My rice was completely not cooked at all and I almost chipped my tooth trying to eat it. Whole bowl gone to waste.

Rice was a mix of hard undercooked and perfectly finished, unfortunately the undercooked rice made it quite difficult to eat. Will order again and update if it improves.
