Chips were stale, $14 burrito was smaller than 2 tortilla chips laid on top of each other. Customer service is a nightmare to get in touch with to make a complaint. I will not be back.
I have added pictures of the burrito with a tortilla chips laid and a salt shaker beside it for size reference. I also added a picture of what is supposed to be a large bag of tortilla chips, but as you can see just like Lays the bag is always full of air.

Bowl wasn't even filled I could stick my finger almost all the way in with how shallow it was filled. only has a couple of pieces of lettuce and other toppings.

I paid $70 for bowls 1/3 of the way full and all 3 drinks were flat. Very disappointed, NEVER AGAIN!!! (the pic was half eaten)

The food is good. Quality can be hit or miss, but thats because of the workers it seems. It's usually a 50/50 shot between getting someone who cares and does great, or an employee who hapazardly throw old, cold, stale ingredients with abysmal portion sizes together.
