Everything in the bowl was old. Nothing was fresh at all. The guacamole was brown, the rice was dried out and I maybe got four or five pieces of meat. It tasted absolutely horrible!! I spent $23 on a meal that I couldn't even eat.

The steak was gross and tasted like old grease from a pan with no flavor and was extremely tough. My bowl was filled with nothing but fat and there wasn't any sour cream which i ordered. And i ordered 2 tortillas but only received one. The queso was filled below half way, could've just forgot it at that point. Very unsatisfied.

the food was cold and the meat was extremely salty. the queso with the Chips & Queso Blanco was weirdly textured and not very liquid-y like it's supposed to be. I couldn't even eat half of my Burrito Bowl and I usually can finish or mostly finish it
