The Chips & Queso Blanco i received were stale and the dressing for my salad wasn't even filled halfway up. I usually enjoy my orders from this location because of their care and quality, but this time it was a little off. To charge what yall do for food I expect consistently good quality every time. Over all not too bad though.

The taco was cold, the tortilla was dry and stale.
The barbacoa in the burrito bowl was dry and tasteless. I threw away the bowl . I was greatly disappointed with the food and do not plan to order again.

I ordered a salad with chicken and half steak. I think I literally got 10 pieces of both meats combined. I should have known better than to do a mobile order because they barley want to give you anything when you're standing right there in front of them. This is from the Leesburg store. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with this store, I just never said anything before. I won't make that mistake ordering from this particular store again.

For some reason they always get the order way wrong through the door dash app and neither DoorDash nor Chipotle will fairly rectify the issue. Once I ordered a steak bowl and received 4 slices of meat inside of an otherwise empty bowl. That was close to $30 and door dash refunded $11 and the store refused to do anything because they said it was an issue with the app, not their problem. Several months before then, they only delivered 1 burrito despite having paid for 3 and a bowl. No refund was issued and I had to go pick up an extra burrito. I live chipotle food but they need to get it together.
