I love how my husbands chicken pastor was four times heavier than my steak bowl and wasn't even closed off and sealed. But in my bowl, the one who paid 50$ for the whole meal of two bowls and some burnt chips and queso , LITERALLY had four pieces of steak and a mountain of sour cream- almost to cover up the fact that no steak was in the bowl. This is why I refuse to order from doordash chipotle because they always skimp on the mobile orders . Do better.

if they have the right people working the food is amazing but the biggest reason I don't want to order again is less chips then there's ever been, and I pay 20 dollars and get half a bowl or a small burrito I don't get my money's worth that's why I chose Moe's Southwest grill now you get your money's worth and more.

We have never had a worse order from Chipotle than what we received tonight. The Burrito we received was roughly half the size of other Chipotles and could have qualified as a kids size. The guacamole in it and the Kid's Quesadilla we ordered was more brown than green and definitely not worth the upcharge. The Burrito Bowl was missing the fajita veggies and looked like they may have scraped the remaining crumbs of cheese off the counter. It also could have passed as a kids size based on how empty it was. Even the Chips were a disaster and burnt to a crisp. I wish I could say this was our only bad experience, but this location is a repeat offender with this just being the worst experience so far. Definitely not worth going to this location unless you want to waste your money. Save your frustration and visit the Glen Este-Withamsville location instead.

Steak was disgustingly dry proportioned for a child and once again they failed to send my $4.10 coke
