I order my Burrito Bowl and the meat tasted as if its been sitting all day maybe thats why it was all the way on the bottom and not a lot of it either the food qu wasnt there and it was as if they rushedthe order yes i love the quick service but i also wanted good quality guacamole didnt look as fresh and i didnt have the option to put it on the side so they would not redo it

The steak burrito bowl was drenched in sour cream making it almostBurrito Bowl entirely inedible. There was hardly any steak, rice or beans which is kind of understandable since they were so close to closing but it's unacceptable that I had to pay $14 plus fees and tips for a burrito bowl that was at least 1/3 sour cream. I was maybe able to eat half due to the excessive amount of sour cream. I also ordered a chicken bowl which was good and not completely doused with sour cream but there was barely any beans, cheese or lettuce in the bowl. Chipotle please do better! What makes it worse is they were closed by the time we got our order delivered. At least my daughter was willing to share her chicken bowl with me. The Chips & Guacamole was very bland, the guacamole tasted of only strong, overpowering red onions and avocado. So disappointed!

Burrito was a rice burrito, it was made with only a gram of meat; LITERALLY. As well, I pulled a long string of hair out my mouth which was so gross. Management needs to tighten up on workers. Wont be ordering here for awhile.

Hello I normally don't make posts like this but I always come to chipotle and never have anything bad to say but today I spent $40+ and my food isn't enjoyable. The guacamole wasn't guac it was under ripe piece of avocado that was big and not edible. They over loaded it with sour cream and it was way over done. I love sour cream on my food not food on my sour cream. The steak was hard and the rice was so mushy mixed in with the sour cream i couldn't eat my food. Also the cheese dip tasted fishy ... I had to throw it away. Very disappointed. Maybe I'll try the restaurant again but wasn't worth the price I paid for.
