A Burrito Bowl was upside down leaking salsa over everything. Last time chips were stale and today they were disgustingly salty. Lettuce was browned. Burrito was barely wrapped being smashed by a Burrito Bowl and partially out of the wrapper.

Horrible. Dry chicken and undercooked rice. Chipotle is getting worse and worse. The portion sizes are also horrendous.

I love chipotle and always will!! Their chips are so fresh and delicious!!! I always get a bowl and it is the perfect protein packed meal!!!

My chicken was separated from my food. I never asked for that. My guac was brown and not fresh. Food wasn't properly prepared or preserved.
