One of my chicken strips in the Chicken & Shrimp basket was broken in half. The Shrimp wasn't very crispy. Our Cinnamon Scones tasted good but one was kind of crumpled in the container.

This hamburger was so drenched in ketchup and mustard. All the ended up getting eaten was part of the burger. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering from them. I've given them several opportunities to try and fix this and it's a no go.
