I ordered three 3-piece combos. Two of them had only two pieces and the spicy chicken combo was not spicy. The chicken that I received had been sitting out, probably all day, and was old and greasy plus one of the combos did not receive its item.

4PC Chicken was fresh but lacked seasoning. No condiments were left in bag. Next time add hot sauce, honey, and ketchup. And no, it doesn't give you the option to add condiments to your order. Honey-Butter Biscuits™ were just ok. They are kinda tough and chewy. Not soft and melt in your mouth like back in the day.

Chicken was cooked perfectly, crunchy on the out side moist and tender inside. It could use a little more seasoning. The mashed potato's were creamy and tasted good
