This is my fave flavor BUT this didnt come from the pre packed frozen quarts. It was soft and 1/4 of the top empty. If they were going to hand pack, there needs to be no air and space. This is a GIANT ripoff for what Coldstone charges and delivery.

Used to just love Founder's Favorite but have ordered it in different states now and the same problem, skimpy pecans and brownie. Hardly worth the high price.

Order was promptly picked up 7 minutes after ordering and quickly delivered in 10 minutes, but the container wasn't the least bit cold and the ice cream was completely melted. I ordered what I thought was a pre-packed pint "For the Freezer", assuming it would have been completely frozen to begin with, but I wonder if it was packed in store at the time I ordered it with already melty ice cream (the last couple of times I'd been in person, the ice cream scooped was not frozen enough and too melty from the start, which is why I don't go there much and why I thought I was ordering something frozen solid and not soupy ice cream). I put it in the freezer and I'm sure it will be fine after it solidifies some, but it's WAY too much money ($13.00 for a pint) to pay for melted ice cream. Won't try that again.

Waffle Cones are kept separately from Ice Cream to prevent the cone from getting soggy during transport! They put the ice cream in a separate cup w/lid for you to assemble! I LOVE IT!

I paid forward plain waffle cone and bananas in my custom bowl and got neither. Very disappointing especially since I paid about $4 extra for them. Do better Cold Stone
