Finally, after multiple orders with these giys my ice cream is loaded toward my expectations. No matter how much Ive paid toward extra toopings i never got enough. Finally, my ice cream has been loaded to my satisfactioneven after paying for extra toppings. They really need to egt that together because ive ordered from from them more than 5x in a month and this is the inly time ive gotten my ive cream at my expectations. if i ordered my ice cream in person i would never have so many problems but i will say that its a ver hit ir miss getting the toppings right with these guys even if ypu oay for extra. Ive only gotten my pint right 1/10 if that makes a difference and i ordsr from these guys all the time.

I barely got any ice cream and the wrong size!!! I was just in a severe car accident and blessed to be alive, all I wanted was cold stone since it's been years and i get ripped off ended up paying a ton of money for barely anything!!!. I will be calling today!

Flavor and consistency not as good as previous orders... from the ice cream "base", to the mix-ins, to the waffle bowl... there was much more to be desired. Perhaps everything was just stale.
