What happened!! This is my fav coldstone but today I got more brownie than icecream very little caramel and the brownie was stale to boot. Giving the benefit of the doubt hoping this was a new employee and not a new pattern.

They got two of the Create Your Own Creation wrong!!! My daughters are completely heart broken at this mistake since it's their birthdays. Usually they do good but they dropped the ball this time. Was supposed to have Oreo ice cream

The ice cream was good but the prices was outrageous: $11 for 4.5 ounce cup with “extra” fudge for $1.79 more squeezed into the itty bitty cup. a lot of other good ice cream options out there. Will not order from Coldstones online again.
