I always order a medium and instead of receiving a medium, they give me a small. I received my ice cream in a small cup with an empty medium cup.. Why do they do this? They are a little stingy with the toppings compared to in-person. Other than that, the ice cream is good.

Past two times the cartons werent full all the way. Ordered extra chocolate chips and, based on past orders, there were none. It's still good icecrea though.
