The ice cream is always good but this is the second time in a row I've ordered a waffle bowl and not gotten it. I can't just request a refund because it doesn't keep that separate from my ice cream order.

This store for the last 3 times have forgotten to include the Chocolate waffle bowl even though I paid for the $$ for it.
Not providing the product you charged the customer for is simply unacceptable!

We usually love the create your own, but this time it wasnt the best. There was little to non of the Heath bars, the Kit Kats were full size bars, and not cut at all, with little to none of the strawberries
