Price includes bone (beef+chicken) broth, veggies, egg, & milk tea. Black tea noodles can be substituted with rice noodles, green bean noodles / 粉絲, or multi-grain rice at no cost; or with green tea noodles or beet juice for an additional charge. Milk tea can be upgraded to lemon tea, pu-erh, or non-caffeinated options of hot chocolate, rooibos, mint, or chamomile for an additional charge. Our black tea & green tea are made on-site with our own formula/method based on research evidence. As revealed by research, tea contains condensed tannins that form insoluble complex with gluten thus the noodles are celiac-friendly. Also, the tannins also retard the starch digestion rendering the noodle with an incredible glycemic response that is diabetes-friendly. Further, the tannins-gluten complex generates a unique rheology/texture in the noodle with a subtle tea favour that nothing can compare to. Black tea also contains theaflavins that protect nigral dopaminergic neurons against chronic mptp/probenecid-induced Parkinson's disease.
