Both the milk and strawberry cookie tasted spoiled. Like the cream had been left out. the milk had a sour odor as well.

Very poor presentation! The frosting was only in the center of the cookie and not out to the edges as advertised. Not what expected from Crumbl. The cookie was a little crisp on the edges but tasted ok. If this was my first experience with Crumbl I probably wouldn't go back.

I ordered 4 cookies and they were more like cake than cookies and were overall too sweet. They also forgot the frosting on one of the cookies. I would not purchase these again.
