I never have a bad experience with Crumbl. Everything is always perfect, the classic chocolate chip is a must!

The presentation is great but the taste of the cookies during this time period are just so so. Not worth the $. Even the classic chocolate chunk wasn't great. I tried better, more tasty flavors when I had them during Thanksgiving 2023. I would recommend they consider keeping their popular flavors year round and not always selling new flavors .

Happy customer! I was really hoping for the cookie with a heart in the center but they changed their selection right before Valentine's but I'm grateful I still chose to go with the cookies bc everyone in the office along with my husband loved them. Thank you 🍪 💕
