When I'm paying over $30 a dozen I really expect you to get the order right. I bought these for my wife's birthday and had them delivered to her work. I paid for two dozen and she only received one dozen.

Ordered the pump chocolate chip cookie but it was so burnt - it tasted horrible (pic of a chunk of it below). I have had this issue three times from this location now. It seems like this location doesnt make cookies with the same care that other Crumbl locations do. Standards are much lower and it shows in their product. Don't waste your money at this location. Its subpar.
