First time ordering crumbly I must say not what I expected. it was amazing. crispy around the edges and so soft in the middle

So inconsistent. Sometimes I get fresh soft cookies and sometimes I get burnt, dry old cookies. I ordered 3 cookies and they were all burnt on the sides, dry and old. Order from Bang Cookies instead, always get consistent quality there.

Ordered a few different cookies and they were okay but small and definitely NOT worth $4 each. Wouldn't order from here again, there are too many other truly tasty cookie places.

I dont know what happened, I usually love this place.
Red velvet was terrible, like a grocery store cookie, and the Confetti Celebration Cookie which is usually my favorite was thin and with the wrong icing.
Absolutely bizarre.

The Chunky Chocolate Cookie was so dry and tasteless. Total waste of money. Crumbly is definitely the perfect name for this place.
