Everything was great! The pollo Pollo Saltado (Chicken) was tasty, fresh, filling and not greasy like some places. Loved the Trio De Aji as well, tons of flavor options. We'll definitely be ordering again... and again.

The Arroz Chaufa de Pollo was on par with other Peruvian places I tried. The portion was good and they gave 2 different sauces, a yellow one that was creamy and delicious.

Fresh and beautiful! Presentation was lovely but the taste was perfect- fully cooked in the lime juice- just a work of art.

Their Ceviche De Pescado is the best! The sweet potato is perfectly cooked. It has the cinnamon taste that is just right! Very well done!

Hands down, best Arroz Chaufa de Pollo in SoCal! I literally just fought my sister because she wanted a bite from it. Really authentic chaufa from a chiferia. Cuzcos does not dissapoint!
