My flamethrower burger was super yummy and hot.! Burger was freah and veggies were crspy fresh. Im always wary of getting onions rings butthey were fresh as well super crunchy and yummy. Will def. Buy from again

The food was freshly cooked and hot. Fries weren't salty either. Usually there are more fries, this time it was a little skimpy. Otherwise the order was perfect.

I never used to have problems here but now I do. There must have been a change of staff.
I ordered the ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard thing and received what appeared to be a vanilla milkshake with my selected toppings. I took it back and showed them it was incorrect. The girl argued with me and said it was "because of the mix ins" but did remake it. I was incredulous because I had a feeling she didn't know what she was doing but I agreed. I took my new item home, not wanting to take the time to double check it. I could already see that it was at least chocolate.
however, after digging in its clear she doesn't have any idea what I actually ordered. there should be solid fudge in the middle, and the ice cream should be fairly firm. I had once again received a milkshake with blizzard toppings. The only reason the ice cream was brown was because she mixed the hot fudge into it.
Maybe train your employees better.
