I ordered a Flamethrower® Signature Stackburger™ Combo and got the blizzard I ordered as part of the combo and nothing else. they also didn't want to refund me so I've been robbed

the ice cream is delicious, however, 3x I've ordered a product that states it has fudge in it, I received my order but no fudge in the ice cream!!
