food was cold 🥶 and the Chicken Strips were cold and hard as a rock as well. my drink didn't even taste like a mocha latte either and tasted more like a chocolate shake instead

they forgot the fries, i asked for onions, and none added. chili dog upside down, the entire clump of chili and cheese stuck to the box.
