Currywurst and Brat & Kraut Grilled Chz were both really good. Das Philly was mid, the meat was pretty flavorless.

Overall, loved this place; decently executed and good variety. Sauerkraut and cucumber salad tasted just like my grandparents used to serve. Hot horseradish mustard was perfect, beer cheese tasted really artificial and German potato salad was a little disappointing, tasted like bacon bits and was missing flavor/vinaigrette. Was missing a couple sauces I ordered, but the pretzel was good and Bratwurst was pretty good. Bread Puddingwas amazing, had unexpected apples in it. SIDE Sampler had a good variety- wish you could pick the mix. Would love to try more of the menu.

The good: The Currywurst was really good! The curry ketchup was flavorful, the fries sufficiently crispy and salty and there was enough bratwurst to go around. Also the cucumber salad side was really good, very refreshing. The spatzel and potato dumplings were pretty good too.
The mid: The mushroom demiglace that came with the Jagerschnitzel was great, but the schnitzel itself was flavorless and distinctly lacking in salt. I probably wouldn't order this again.
The bad: The gravy for the Sauerbraten was pretty good, but the beef was like eating rubber. Horrible texture, overcooked, and just bad. Also I didn't red cabbage side I ordered. Would not recommend this dish at all.

The German Stuffed Meatloaf had good flavor, but I could not taste any cheese. The spaetzel was bland, like boiled water. The mushroom gravy was good, needs a little depth of flavor and a little salt. the Sauerkraut Balls were very well fried, and well seasoned. I would have liked more sauerkraut. Overall the meal was decent. I feel like I would give 3.5 stars and not 3 or 4.

I ordered the honey old bay Chicken Bites - 10pc and selected extra sauce on the side for an extra $1... it wasn't included. You can see in photo how little honey is on them. Which is why I always ask for more. I guess thats what happens when you order online instead of in person.
