Poor staffing and ignored the customers in the store front, they only focused on drive through. On top of that they kept messing up on orders having to remake them, causing it to take that much longer for them to acknowledge the customers inside.

whats the point of specifying the type of hot sauce i would prefer if you gave me the wrong one. i asked for Del Inferno - Hot not the del scorcho. completely different name, taste, and color.
